1. During the warranty period, the manufacturer should organize regular inspections and return visits to the aluminum veneer curtain wall, so as to discover and eliminate quality hazards in time.
2. Check the rubber strip and glue injection at any time. If the aluminum veneer curtain wall is found to be off or damaged, it should be replaced or repaired in time.
3. Regularly clean the aluminum veneer curtain wall with a window cleaner.
4. Surface repair of aluminum veneer curtain wall: repair paint can be used for partial damage or scratches.
At present, most of the domestic silicone rubber and imported silicone rubber are used in China. They can only be used after they have passed the compatibility test by the national designated testing unit. Note that the repair must wait until fully cured (24 hours) before continuing. The damaged area should be cleaned up when repairing, and the length should be greater than 2/3.

2. Slotting: When slotting with a slotting machine or a gong machine, a milling cutter with a half-round head greater than 90° should be used. Do not cut too deep with the knife to avoid hurting the aluminum veneer, and do not cut too shallow, which makes the folding difficult. It is necessary to leave a 0.2-0.3MM thick plastic core material to bend with the aluminum veneer to increase strength and toughness. Otherwise, the aluminum veneer may break or the paint film may burst during bending.
3. Handling: When handling the aluminum veneer, the four sides of the aluminum veneer should be lifted at the same time. Pushing, pulling and pulling is strictly prohibited to avoid scratching the surface of the board.
