ED1000 epoxy primer has strong adhesion to aluminum plates, and the coating is not scattered. It can also be used for lubricating metals such as galvanized plates, stainless steel, aluminum alloys; the surface of the substrate does not need to be sandblasted or polished, and it can be constructed after removing oil stains, and the appearance is easy to handle; The salt spray resistance reaches 1000 hours, and the corrosion resistance is good; the paint does not contain heavy metals such as lead and chromium, which conforms to the EU ROHS specification; it can be matched with a variety of top paints, such as fluorocarbon paint, epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, etc.
FC1200 fluorocarbon paint has the characteristics of high weather resistance, color and gloss retention, long-term maintenance, etc. It is suitable for outdoor UV-resistant environment use, has a very good maintenance effect on the coated object, and has anti-corrosion for more than 15 years. It is widely used in many areas such as aluminum curtain wall, steel structure, storage tank, pipeline, equipment and so on.
The surface of the aluminum veneer is wiped with a solvent to remove the oil and grease on the surface to achieve the purpose of cleaning. After finishing the surface treatment, spray the primer, mix the ED1000 epoxy primer and the curing agent according to the ratio of 9:1, stir and evenly, spray to the regular paint film thickness, paint the topcoat after the primer is completely dry. FC1200 fluorocarbon topcoat and curing agent are mixed according to the ratio of 10:1, stirred thoroughly and evenly, and coated to a regular paint film thickness.
After the overall coating is completed, take care of the maintenance measures of the paint film to prevent bumps or contact with rainwater. The coating should have different colors, no color difference, no leakage, no bubbles, to ensure good film quality.
